1. How often is the pool updated?

DJ-Promo is updated frequently, typically 5-7 days per week.

2. How does payment work?

Plans are one-time purchases (not auto-recurring). All plan prices are shown in EUR (euro).

3. Can I renew or upgrade at any time?

Yes. You can renew or upgrade whenever you want. Any leftover value from your current plan is calculated and added to the new renewal or upgrade.

4. How do credits work?

Each plan includes credits. Every download uses credits based on file type.

5. How many credits does each file type cost?

  • Lossy audio track (for example MP3): 1 credit
  • Lossless audio track (for example WAV, FLAC, AIFF): 3 credits
  • Video file: 5 credits

6. Do ZIP downloads use credits?

Yes. ZIP downloads for audio releases cost the total combined credit value of all included files.

7. Are ZIP downloads always available?

No. ZIP downloads are available only for releases posted in the last 30 days.

8. Does re-downloading cost credits again?

Yes. Every download action, including re-downloads, consumes credits.

9. How long is download history kept?

Download history is retained for 90 days.

10. Where can I see subscription and download records?

You can find both subscription history and download history in your dashboard.

11. What happens if I run out of credits?

To continue downloading, renew or upgrade to a plan with available credits.
