1. What DJ-Promo provides

DJ-Promo is a subscription-based service that gives DJs access to curated audio and video promotional content for performance use. Library size, features, and file availability may change over time.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for your account and login details. Keep your credentials private and secure. You must provide accurate account information and update it when needed.

3. Permitted use

Your active subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and download content for your own DJ use, within your plan limits and in accordance with these terms.

4. Prohibited use

To protect artists, rights holders, and the platform, you must not:

• share your account or give others access to your login,
• re-upload, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share downloaded content,
• copy or extract the library through scraping or automated bulk collection tools,
• use DJ-Promo for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Plan details, pricing, and billing terms are shown during checkout. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, platform access may be limited until billing is resolved.

6. Availability and updates

We aim to keep DJ-Promo available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent access to specific files. We may update, replace, or remove content and features at any time.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

DJ-Promo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page. Continued use of DJ-Promo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
